I have held an SCCA National Scrutineer’s License since 1993, acting as Chief or Assistant Chief Scrutineer at some 4 to 6 race events/year and working at another 4 to 6 events/year. I have also been Chief of Tech for the Vintage Sports Car Drivers Association (VSCDA) since 1996. This involves being Chief of Tech at 5 or 6 of their events each year as well as compiling and publishing the technical requirements for the organization under the direction of their board of directors.
